Important: Darli is a marketplace platform only. We do not own, manage, or control any properties listed on our platform. All rental agreements are between landlords and tenants.

3. User Responsibilities

All Users Must:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Treat other users with respect

Landlords Must:

• Own or have authorization to list the property
• Provide accurate property information
• Use real, current photos
• Honor inquiries and commitments

Tenants Must:

• Provide honest information
• Respect property viewing appointments
• Communicate professionally with landlords

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Scrape or collect user data
• Post spam or unsolicited messages

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on Darli. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

All Darli trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by Darli. You may not use them without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Darli is a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between landlords and tenants. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of property listings
• The conduct of users
• Disputes between landlords and tenants
• Property conditions or rental agreements
• Financial transactions between users

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our platform or other users.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Darli shall be governed by the laws of Tunisia. Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
